Using sound and gentle energetic techniques, the session encourages a grounded, settled state — similar to how meditation or breathwork can help the body unwind.
Tuning forks use gentle vibration and sound to help the body shift out of stress and into a more settled state. Many people experience a sense of calm, clarity, and ease — similar to the feeling after meditation or a deep exhale. The experience is subtle, quiet, and deeply relaxing
No prior experience is needed. You can simply relax and receive.
